Blue Willow Entertainment (BWE) is an artist development collective that's focused on inspiring artists & uniting communities through music.  Elevating the arts within our communities and inspiring positive change in the world go hand in hand. 

The BWE team believes that arts & culture are paramount to the mental health of our communities.   BWE offers artists of all genres, experience, and backgrounds real opportunities to develop their professional works, personal skills, and network in pursuit of achieving their goals while bringing communities together through inspiring promotional ideas and experiences. 

The CEO & Founder of BWE, Eric Rolheiser, is a lifelong musician who was inspired to help other artists after working on his first solo project. He found out quickly how difficult it was for a new artist to navigate the music scene and wanted to create an eco-system that would serve others in a way he wished was available to him.  

 Our team is based in Calgary with a unique blend of experience in and outside of the music industry. Collectively, we have over 50 years of demonstrated leadership excellence in multiple industries, expertise in sales, public relations, and operations management, and a passion to support growth and development within our community & the Canadian arts scene.
